Southwest Airlines (NYSE: LUV) today filed an application with the U.S. Department of Transportation to provide daily, nonstop service between Denver International Airport (DEN) and Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, beginning in November 2015, subject to approvals from relevant governmental agencies.
