JetBlue Launches New Flights Between Bozeman, Mont. And Southern California

JetBlue (NASDAQ:JBLU) today announced the start of new service in Bozeman, Mont., with the arrival of the airline's inaugural flight landing on schedule just before 2:30 p.m. local time. Roundtrip flights between Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) and Long Beach Airport (LGB) will operate twice weekly on Thursdays and Sundays on a summer and winter seasonal schedule.

"With our growing list of one-of-a-kind destinations more customers can turn to JetBlue when looking to book their next getaway."

Bozeman is JetBlue's first destination in Montana and this new service expands the airline's presence in the western U.S. JetBlue's newest city offers a variety of attractions including bustling downtown Bozeman's stores and restaurants, the world-class skiing of Big Sky Resort an hour drive away, and access to Yellowstone National Park – the north and the west entrances are each just 90 miles from Bozeman. Whether hiking or skiing the mountains or taking in the beauty of Big Sky Country, the land and waters surrounding Bozeman are a magnificent way to enjoy the area.

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is among the busiest airports in the Northwest with more than 1.2 million travelers using the facility every year. It is the airport of choice for travelers bound for Bozeman, Big Sky and Southwest Montana, and serves as the year-round gateway to Yellowstone. Bozeman's economy is one of the strongest in the State of Montana with tourism and the high-tech industry attracting visitors and new residents alike. Bozeman is also home to Montana State University, the Museum of the Rockies and a nationally-recognized public school system.

JetBlue will operate new Bozeman flights using its Airbus A320 aircraft.
