During February 2018 Volaris increased total capacity, as measured in Available Seat Miles (ASMs), by 11.2% year over year. Total demand, as measured in Revenue Passenger Miles (RPMs), in February 2018 increased 14.2% year over year, reaching 1.2 billion.
During December 2017, total terminal passengers increased 8.3% at the Companys 13 airports, compared to the same period of the previous year. Domestic passenger traffic increased by 7.8%, while international passenger traffic increased by 8.9%.
Passenger traffic (RPKs) increased 14.0% compared to January 2017 on a capacity increase (ASKs) of 12.3%. As a result, load factor was 85.4%, 1.3 percentage points higher than in the same period last year.
