Connors Named Executive Director of National Business Travel Association |

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 16, 2002--The National Business Travel Association (NBTA) has named Bill Connors, CTC the Association's new Executive Director.
Connors joins NBTA from the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), where he was Senior Vice President, Meetings, Education, Member Services. Prior to joining ASTA, he was Vice President, Marketing/Relationship Management for the Institute of Certified Travel Agents.
In addition to his association and travel industry experience, Connors has held several leadership positions in academics.
Bill Connors is an accomplished executive and advocate with extensive experience in the travel industry and association management, said NBTA President Kevin Iwamoto. Bill is the ideal candidate for this position and his leadership will help NBTA continue to expand its reach and capabilities. I look forward to working with him to develop the vision of this Association.

Connors will begin his position at NBTA on January 22, 2003.
