Business travelers across the country speak out in the most recent VIPRide.com Poll of the corporate travel industry.
Respondents were asked about their biggest challenges with ground transportation.
Results from the most recent VIPRide.com Poll point to the following facts:
• Nearly 90 percent of respondents told VIPRide that they wanted all ground transportation consolidated so they could make one contact and assure the whole trip was arranged, coming and going.
• More than 80 percent of corporate travelers want consistent, reliable, safe, quality service. In these somewhat uncertain travel days, people want to be able to count on their travel arrangements.
• More than 50 percent of Corporate Travel Departments and leaders said they want integration with the GDS and self-booking tools they use. Again, total integration can offer total flexibility and confidence.
• Almost half responded that they want comprehensive tracking and spending reports.
• Other responses included: enforcing the corporate travel policy, accountability and guarantee of service, and pre-negotiated rates and cost controls.
