Disney World's Part-Timers OK Contract
Disney Part-time workers at Walt Disney World on Wednesday for the first time approved a contract that offers guaranteed pay increases, a grievance process and seniority in work schedules.
"It sends a clear message to the company that just working for Disney doesn't cut it anymore ... The pixie dust has faded," said Margie Engels, secretary-treasurer of the Hotel Employees & Restaurant Employees Union Local 737.
