Mr.Marriott Jr. Is absolutely right.

people who are hard working must have an access to the better economies where they can prove themselves.
The world is becoming a global village. I dont think there were visa regulations a century ago.And i think every citizen of
every country must be issued GLOBAL CITIZEN CARD just like visa card where everything is noted digitally,his country,his race,his religion,his qualifications,his work details,his family details,his bank detalils,his criminal record if any,his bank details,his blood group,his health ,his address
etc etc and countries my have visa on arrival for better cultural exchange.
