To need flexibality treatement sometimes
We have to ready to do and flexibality treatement to our customer. Why ? they are human being and they have mind, mind and feel of their sense are sometimes changable because of weather, time, feeling, thinking, environment, sense of happy, emotional ways etc; we are in service industry, we have to learn every day and never end of experiences especially human nature, human mind. Even our self we have emotional mind set, it is depand on daily life situation. If we can understand to our valuable customer mind set, we will win. We can go through to our goal with passion.
